Gobo will develop checkpoints for co-packers to have in place to ensure product consistency and safety. A set of standards is established that the manufacturer will follow during production. This will ensure proper product handling and that the product is completely traceable at all junctures. Gobo appoints a project manager to oversee all steps of production including materials sourcing, manufacturing, inventory, order processing and distributing.

Timelines are developed to outline and catalog all steps and internal checklists involved in production. These flow charts promote timely and efficient production and include a listing of all key management involved in each area of development.
