Co-packer Selection
Gobo maintains a network of qualified packers to produce our clients' products. We will first determine which packer best fits the needs of each client and product by evaluating their relevant experience, track record and resources. We feel it is important that our clients and co-packers have similar philosophies to ensure a successful product partnership.
Quality Control Validations
Gobo will develop checkpoints for co-packers to have in place to ensure product consistency and safety.
Quality Assurance Program Implementation
A set of standards is established that the manufacturer will follow during production. This will ensure proper product handling and that the product is completely traceable at all junctures. The program also certifies the ability to react swiftly and address potential issues that may arise.
Project Management
Gobo appoints a project manager to oversee all steps of production including materials sourcing, manufacturing, inventory, order processing and distributing.
Processing Flow Charts
Timelines are developed to outline and catalog all steps and internal checklists involved in production. These flow charts promote timely and efficient production and include a listing of all key management involved in each area of development.
Costing Models
Gobo excels in creating and refining a thorough and strategic pricing matrix. The model will consider raw materials, production, distribution and marketing costs to determine a product price point that is attractive to both wholesalers and buyers.
